This year’s H‑2B season has been extraordinary-- intense, competitive, and unlike anything we’ve seen before. With the program’s growing visibility and the reputation our partners have built, the volume of interest has surged far beyond what we expected this year. We are now approaching the end of our hiring cycle, and we want to speak directly to everyone who reached out, applied, interviewed, or simply hoped for a chance.
A Season Defined by Unprecedented Demand
Across all platforms, we received over 192,000+ inquiries and more than 6,000+ formal applications. That level of interest shows how many people around the world are striving for legitimate, stable, seasonal work opportunities in the United States. It also presented the trust placed in A3 CHOW and our partner companies.
With that scale, it has been challenging to communicate with every single applicant. We know some of you waited for replies that never came, and we want to acknowledge that openly. It wasn’t for lack of effort, we did, but it was simply the reality of volume versus capacity.
How We Selected Candidates This Season
Our team focused on reaching applicants who were pre‑qualified, fully compliant, and aligned with the requirements of our partner employers. Many of you were highly qualified, but the H‑2B program has strict numerical limits, and we can only move forward with a fraction of the people who apply.
We also faced complications in certain countries where local placement fees or third‑party involvement created issues. When those practices surface, applicants often blame the U.S. employer or the agent even though we cannot control local systems. In those situations, we are forced to step back, even when the applicant is strong. It’s not always about your qualifications; sometimes it’s about the environment around you.
To Those Who Were Not Selected
We want you to hear this clearly, Many of you were qualified. Many of you were competitive. Many of you deserved a chance.
The limitation was not your effort but more of about the size of the program and the barriers in certain home countries. We hope to accommodate more candidates next season, and we encourage you to stay connected. The demand is strong, and the talent we’ve seen this year has been remarkable.
Legitimacy and Verification
A3 CHOW continues to operate as a legitimate H‑2B employer and agent. For those who asked how to verify us, you can check our certified positions through the official U.S. government portal:
SeasonalJobs.dol.gov (This is the correct government site for certified H‑2B job orders.)
We appreciate everyone who took the time to confirm our legitimacy -it shows professionalism and caution, which we respect.
Our Partners and Our Gratitude
We are honored to work with some of the most respected companies in the hospitality and service industries. Their trust in us allows us to offer opportunities both in‑country and out‑of‑country, across multiple job categories. Their support has been instrumental in making this season possible.
And to all applicants (whether you made it through or not) thank you. Your messages, interviews, patience, and persistence made this season meaningful. The level of talent we saw was intense, inspiring, and humbling.
Looking Ahead
This year has been one of the strongest in our history. We are grateful, we are proud, and we are excited to welcome the new team members joining us soon. To those who didn’t make it, we hope to see your names again next season.
Thank you for trusting A3 CHOW. Thank you for trying. Thank you for the confidence you’ve placed in us. Your support is a major reason we’ve grown into a leading name in the H‑2B space. Thank you.
